Nostalgia plays a huge role in our business. Super 8 & camcorder styles are often utilized in wedding videos to add a unique feel and different view of your day. As a videographer, I LOVE the feel of film and how it can add emotion to your video. However, it is expensive (for you & for me) and there are so many variables that could go wrong — on your day, in shipping, in developing, etc.

A fellow wedding videographer & film expert created a software based off actual super 8 film & cameras that mimics the look and jitter of actual super 8 film. We use this along with color grading, camera settings, filming techniques & lots of editing to create a faux film experience for you for very little cost compared to actual film. I personally prefer this method, there is not limit to how much film we can capture (a reel of actual film will only give you 2-3 minutes) and it is guaranteed we won’t miss your precious moments.
